Hi, I'm Jess! It's awesome that you're here! It means you've already made the decision that something needs to change. That. Is. HUGE. I would love to be your guide and supporter. 

I studied Dance at Butler University and then danced professionally. After an injury ended my dance career I studied at The Institute for Integrative Nutrition to become a Health and Lifestyle Coach.

I now work with high level dancers and gynmasts and other incredibly talented and driven women just like you! It's time to stop struggling and start living your best life.

Remove what isn't
Whether it's foods, schedule issues or deep-seated habits we'll clear out what isn't working. Not always easy, always worth it!

Add in more of the good stuff
It's important that you're getting enough of the good stuff and it shouldn't be torture, it should be delicious! Learn how to love the most nutrient rich foods available.

Adjust as needed
You'll learn how to continuously tweak your eating plan. This is a lifelong practice and knowing how to reassess and change course is an essential skill.
